Remembering those who served
In January, we bid farewell to a cherished member of our community, Rick Liles, whose sudden passing deeply saddened us all. As a longstanding committee member of the Woodlawn Cemetery board, Rick exemplified unwavering dedication and service throughout his tenure. His commitment to the betterment of our cemetery was exemplary, as he attended meetings faithfully and utilized his skills to assist wherever needed, whether in rewriting bylaws or focusing on the growth and continued upkeep of our sacred grounds. Now, as we honor Rick's memory, we find solace in knowing that he rests in the very place he worked so diligently to maintain. His legacy of service and devotion will forever be remembered as we continue to cherish and honor all who have served.
